Refund policy

You have 30 days from the time of purchase to notify us if you wish to return or exchange the product. After 30 days, the items will no longer be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box (with original packaging). Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. All sale and clearance items are considered final purchases and cannot be returned.
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or you need another size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bootsandmore.ca.
If you wish to return your purchase, please email us.  We will be in touch within 1-2 business days and provide you with our return address.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Parcels sent C.O.D will be refused.
